Property Management and Facility Management

For property managers and facility managers, drone inspection is a game-changer. Instead of coordinating access to private roofs or hiring expensive scaffolding, the drone can inspect the entire property in just a few hours.

It gives you a complete overview of the building's condition — from roof tiles and flashings to facades and gutters — without disturbing residents or tenants.

  • Document condition of facades and windows
  • Identify potential maintenance areas
  • Compare condition over time with annual inspections
  • Reduce costs for scaffolding and lifts

Construction — quality assurance and documentation

In construction projects, documentation is crucial. Drone inspection allows you to document the construction site continuously, quality-assure the work, and keep clients updated with visual progress reports.

At handover, the drone can document the finished result from every angle — perfect for warranty cases and future reference.

  • Ongoing documentation of construction sites
  • Quality assurance of roofing and facades
  • Visual progress reports for clients
  • Documentation at handover
  • Before/after comparison of renovations

Insurance — damage assessment

After a storm or damage, quick documentation is crucial. With a drone we can be on site the same day and deliver detailed images of the damage — without waiting for scaffolding or putting assessors at risk on unstable roofs.

Images are delivered with GPS coordinates, so you know exactly where on the building the damage is located.

  • Rapid response after storm damage
  • Safe inspection without access to unstable areas
  • GPS tagging of all images
  • Detailed documentation for damage assessment
  • Comparison with previous inspections

Industrial applications

Industrial facilities, silos, chimneys, and wind turbines require regular inspection. Traditionally it is expensive and time-consuming to get staff to height. With a drone you save both time and money — and reduce the risk of workplace accidents.

  • Inspection of silos and tanks
  • Chimney inspection without climbing
  • Wind turbine blade and nacelle inspection
  • Documentation for regulatory requirements

What can drone inspection be used for?

Drone inspection is relevant for all industries that need to inspect hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently.

Roofs and roof surfaces

Inspect roof surfaces for damage, moss, leaks, and wear. Identify problems before they become expensive repairs.

Facades and masonry

Document facade condition, cracks, moisture damage, and paint flaking on tall buildings without scaffolding.

Storm damage

Fast and safe documentation after storms. We can be on site the same day with detailed documentation.

Construction sites

Ongoing documentation of construction project progress. Perfect for progress reports and quality assurance.

Industrial facilities

Inspection of silos, chimneys, wind turbines, and other tall structures without putting staff at risk.

Gutters and drains

Inspect gutters, downpipes, and drains for blockages, damage, and maintenance needs without scaffolding.
