Everything you need to know about real estate photography
Real estate photography starts from 6,000 kr excl. VAT for a half day (up to 4 hours) including editing and delivery of 20–40 images. A full day costs 10,000 kr. Additional services like drone photos and virtual tours can be added. .
A typical real estate photography session takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of the property and the number of rooms. We take our time to ensure optimal lighting and composition in every room.
All images are professionally edited and delivered within 5 business days via a secure download link. For urgent projects, we can deliver within 24–48 hours with a rush fee.
We recommend a light tidying of the property — decluttering surfaces, making beds, and removing personal items. We will guide you through the process and can help with minor staging on the day of the shoot.
Yes, we photograph both interior and exterior, including garden, terrace, entrance, and surrounding areas. If weather permits, we start with exterior shots and then move indoors.
Yes, we can add digital furniture and decorations to empty rooms, so buyers can visualise the potential of the space. Virtual staging is a cost-effective alternative to physical staging.
