Professional equipment
Matterport Pro3 combines LiDAR with a 20 MP camera system. The manufacturer's range of up to 100 metres applies to capture for E57 output; practical range and accuracy depend on site conditions.

3D scanning can support visual documentation, renovation discussions, facility management, and architecture. Whether the data is suitable for design or as-built purposes depends on the project's tolerance requirements and the specifically agreed deliverable.
The Matterport Pro3 is specified by the manufacturer at ±20 mm accuracy at a distance of 10 metres. Practical accuracy depends on site conditions, so we clarify the required tolerance and suitable output before the project.

We agree the file format and required processing for your workflow before capture. An interactive web tour is one option; E57 point clouds, BIM output, floor plans and other technical deliverables are available by specific agreement and may require paid Matterport add-ons or external modelling.
It can support a BIM workflow when the required point-cloud or model output is agreed in advance. E57 and BIM deliverables are not assumed to be part of every scan and may require additional Matterport processing or external modelling.
